1. Introduction
Welcome to Travelo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Travelo, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
"Travelo", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Travelo FZ-LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "You" or "User" refers to any individual or entity using our platform. "Services" refers to flight bookings, chauffeur transfers, and other travel services available through our platform.
3. Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices displayed are in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tabby for payments. Bookings are only confirmed upon successful payment processing.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service provider (airline, transport operator). Refundable bookings can be cancelled according to the fare rules. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing fees may apply to cancellations.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information, including names exactly as they appear on travel documents. You must ensure you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. Travelo is not liable for travel disruptions caused by incorrect documentation.
6. Privacy
Your use of Travelo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Travelo acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for the services provided by airlines, transport operators, or other third parties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
